Tesofensine

Tesofensine is a serotonin-norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (SNDRI) originally developed for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. During clinical trials, researchers discovered it produced dramatic weight loss — up to twice the effect of existing weight loss drugs. It works by increasing levels of all three major monoamine neurotransmitters, reducing appetite, increasing metabolic rate, and improving satiety signaling. Tesofensine is taken orally and has become a popular compound in peptide/weight loss clinics.
