Selank
Selank is a synthetic analog of the naturally occurring immunomodulatory peptide tuftsin, developed by the Russian Institute of Molecular Genetics. It acts as a potent anxiolytic by modulating GABA, serotonin, and dopamine systems. Unlike benzodiazepines, Selank reduces anxiety without sedation or cognitive impairment, and actually enhances memory and focus. It also has immunostimulatory properties.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Selank used for?
Selank is generally used for anxiety relief, stress resilience, and mental clarity. It is popular because it aims to calm the nervous system without the heavy sedation associated with many conventional anxiolytics.
Is Selank sedating?
Selank is usually described as non-sedating. Most people choose it when they want calmer mood and better focus without feeling foggy or emotionally flattened.
How is Selank usually taken?
Selank is commonly used as an intranasal spray or as a daily injection. Short cycles of 2 to 4 weeks are common, although lower-dose longer use also appears in some protocols.
Can Selank be stacked with Semax?
Yes. Selank and Semax are a common nootropic pairing because Selank is usually used for calm and emotional control while Semax is used more for focus, energy, and neuroprotection.
