Semax
Semax is a synthetic analog of ACTH (adrenocorticotropic hormone) fragment 4-10, developed in Russia for neuroprotection and cognitive enhancement. It increases BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) levels, enhances serotonin and dopamine metabolism, and improves cerebral blood flow. Used clinically in Russia for stroke recovery, cognitive disorders, and as a nootropic, Semax provides clean mental energy without stimulant side effects.

Dosing Protocol
500 mcg to 1 mg daily (5-10 units). For 30 mg vial reconstituted with 3 mL, 0.1 mg per unit — 5 units = 500 mcg, 10 units = 1 mg. For 20 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL, 0.1 mg per unit — same dosing. Triggers release of BDNF, enhances neuroplasticity, and improves blood flow to brain. Also available intranasally.
Reconstitution
Add 3 mL bacteriostatic water to a 30 mg vial, or 2 mL to a 20 mg vial. Intranasal: pre-mixed nasal spray.
Timing
Morning and early afternoon. Avoid evening dosing as it may affect sleep.
