DSIP

DSIP (Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide) is a neuropeptide that promotes delta wave sleep — the deepest and most restorative phase of the sleep cycle. It modulates neuroendocrine functions and has been studied for its ability to normalize sleep architecture, reduce stress-related sleep disruption, and improve overall sleep quality without causing dependency or morning grogginess common with pharmaceutical sleep aids.
