BPC-157
Body Protection Compound-157 is a synthetic peptide derived from a naturally occurring protein in gastric juice. It has demonstrated remarkable healing properties across multiple tissue types including tendons, ligaments, muscles, and the GI tract. BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis, modulates nitric oxide, and upregulates growth factor receptors, making it one of the most versatile healing peptides available.

Goals
Dosing Protocol
250-750 mcg daily, injected subcutaneously or intramuscularly. Can inject locally near injury site. For gut healing, inject in the abdominal area or take oral tablets (500 mcg to 1 mg daily with meals). With standard reconstitution (5 mg in 2 mL), 250 mcg = 10 units and 500 mcg = 20 units on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Reconstitution
Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water to a 5 mg vial. Each 0.1 mL = 250 mcg.
Timing
On an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before food.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is BPC-157 typically used for?
BPC-157 is most often used for gut support and soft-tissue recovery. People usually look to it for tendon, ligament, muscle, joint, and GI healing support because it is one of the most versatile recovery-focused peptides in the database.
How long do people usually run a BPC-157 cycle?
A typical BPC-157 cycle runs 4 to 8 weeks, followed by time off. Results vary by the issue being addressed, but most protocols are structured as short recovery blocks rather than indefinite use.
Can BPC-157 be taken orally or does it need to be injected?
BPC-157 is commonly used as a subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, but some protocols also use oral tablets for gut-focused goals. The route depends on the goal, source, and clinician guidance.
Is BPC-157 commonly stacked with TB-500?
Yes. BPC-157 and TB-500 are one of the most common recovery stacks because BPC-157 is often used for targeted healing while TB-500 is used for broader systemic tissue repair.
