Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin combines two complementary GH secretagogues into a single injection. Tesamorelin is a GHRH analog extensively studied for reducing visceral adipose tissue and supporting cognitive function, while Ipamorelin is the cleanest ghrelin receptor agonist — producing reliable GH pulses without elevating cortisol or prolactin. Together, they create a powerful synergy: Tesamorelin provides sustained GHRH signaling while Ipamorelin amplifies the GH pulse. Dosing Protocol
For 5/5 mg vial: 1-4 mg total blend (20-80 units). Reconstitute with 2 mL — 0.05 mg per unit. For 10/2 mg vial: 600 mcg to 1.2 mg total (reconstitute 12 mg in 2 mL — 0.06 mg per unit). For 10/5 mg vial: 1.5-4.5 mg total (reconstitute 15 mg in 2 mL — 0.075 mg per unit). Best blend for overall body and anti-aging mixed with weight loss needs.
Reconstitution
Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water per vial. Gently swirl — do not shake.
Timing
Fasted — 45 minutes before and after injection.
