Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that has been extensively studied for reducing visceral adipose tissue. It stimulates the pituitary to produce and release growth hormone in a more physiological pulsatile pattern. Tesamorelin is particularly effective at targeting stubborn abdominal fat while preserving lean muscle mass, and has shown cognitive benefits in studies as well.
