MGF (Mechano Growth Factor)
Mechano Growth Factor is a splice variant of IGF-1 that is produced in response to mechanical stress on muscle tissue (i.e., exercise). It activates muscle satellite cells — the stem cells responsible for muscle repair and growth — making it uniquely effective for hypertrophy and recovery from muscle injuries. PEG-MGF (the pegylated form) has a longer half-life and is more commonly used. MGF works locally at the injection site, so it should be injected into the target muscle.

Dosing Protocol
200-600 mcg per injection (8-24 units), after workout. With standard reconstitution (2 mg in 2 mL), 0.025 mg per unit — 8 units = 200 mcg, 24 units = 600 mcg on a U-100 insulin syringe. Run as needed for muscle repair and recovery.
Reconstitution
Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water to a 2 mg vial.
Timing
Post-workout. Wait at least 2 hours after training.
