Hexarelin
Hexarelin is the strongest growth hormone releasing peptide in terms of raw GH output. It acts on the ghrelin receptor but, uniquely among GH peptides, also has direct cardioprotective effects — it can reduce cardiac fibrosis and improve heart function independently of GH release. However, the body desensitizes to Hexarelin faster than other GH peptides, so it is best used in shorter cycles or rotated with other secretagogues.

Dosing Protocol
100 mcg per injection (4 units), 3 times a day for 12 weeks. With standard reconstitution (5 mg in 2 mL), 0.025 mg per unit — 4 units = 100 mcg on a U-100 insulin syringe. Most potent GHRP — stimulates release of growth hormone without increase of appetite.
Reconstitution
Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water to a 5 mg vial.
Timing
On an empty stomach. Morning and before bed for optimal GH pulses.
