Melanotan II
Melanotan II is a synthetic analog of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH) that activates melanocortin receptors. It stimulates melanin production, creating a deep tan with minimal UV exposure. Beyond tanning, it has notable effects on libido and sexual function due to its action on MC3 and MC4 receptors in the brain. It also has mild appetite-suppressing properties.

Dosing Protocol
500 mcg to 1 mg per injection (5-10 units), every other day. With standard reconstitution (10 mg in 1 mL), 0.1 mg per unit — 5 units = 500 mcg, 10 units = 1 mg on a U-100 insulin syringe. Use 30 minutes before tanning.
Reconstitution
Add 1 mL bacteriostatic water to a 10 mg vial.
Timing
Use 30 minutes before tanning. Start with low dose to assess nausea.
